We The People, OR, We the Elitist Global Establishment
“Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.”
Ronald Reagan, March 30, 1961, Phoenix, AZ
The United States has moved far away from its founding Constitutional principles where the Federal Government was limited to only those few powers granted it by the Constitution and the States retained ALL other powers. Today, the Federal Government intrudes into every facet of American life and the States are little more than “agencies” to carry out Federal policy and dole out the financial crumbs the Federal bureaucracy deems appropriate.
The United Kingdom’s (UK) Brexit vote was a wake up call for the United States in terms of thinking about whether we still live under a rule of law by We The People or a rule of law dictated by an Elitist, Globalist Establishment class. In the case of the UK, the European Union’s never-ending usurping of British self determinism eventually led to the positive Brexit vote to leave the European Union.
Trump & His Supporters Stand Alone Against Globalist Elites
There are 4 major issues separating Trump and the Global Elites:
Trade Agreements: Trump trade policies focus on balanced trade between our trading partners.
Currency Manipulation: Trump is against countries manipulating their currencies to make their goods and services more affordable to their currencies at the expense of other supplying countries. Global Elitists believe that all countries should use currency manipulation to level markets.
Dollar for Dollar: Trump believes that trade with our trading partners should be balance on a dollar for dollar basis to the largest extent possible. Global Elitists believe that richer nations should transfer wealth from themselves to developing nations via trade imbalances.
Trade Agreement Equity: Trade agreements cannot result in companies and industries moving out of the US to our foreign partners with a net loss in jobs in the US. Global Elitists believe that developed nations should export their companies and industries to underdeveloped nations in order to level the global playing field.
No Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) Provisions: This provision transfers jurisdiction out of our Constitutionally lawful US courts to an international court or tribunal for dispute resolution. If one of our businesses is thought have violated its agreement with a foreign company, the foreign company can go to this foreign jurisdiction for adjudication. Trump would require that these types of resolution be subject to US laws and courts. Today, the proposed, Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), and the existing NAFTA, World Trade Organization Agreements, and the Energy Charter Treaty, to name a few, have ISDS provisions. Global Elitists have forced ISDS onto America and the West in search of “FAIRNESS”.
Energy: Trump believes that the US should pursue an independent energy policy. Global Elitists push Global Warming and wealth redistribution based on developed nations subsidizing developing nations via capital redistribution.
Open Borders: Trump does not believe in Open Borders and supports enforcement of immigration laws and physical control over the border. Global Elitists believe in Open Borders and in fact immigrants have a right to inhabit more affluent nations to share in the wealth.
Refugees: Trump believes that refugees can only be admitted when a thorough and effective vetting process can be constructed and applied. Further, that refugees should be resettled as close as possible to their homes so they can be repatriated as soon as conditions allow. Global Elitists believe that refugee immigration should be encouraged to immigrate to affluent nations to allow the refugees to share in their new nation’s wealth.
Visa Programs: Trump believes that Visa programs need to be reviewed and visa programs should be balanced against US unemployment and underemployment. The levels of Visa immigration would restricted in support of US workers. Global Elitists believe that all Western nations should allow for unfettered Visa immigration.
America First: Trump believes that the US should intervene only when it is in America’s best interest and that we should not engage in regime change or nation building. Elitist Globalist believe that the US should intervene whenever international or even regional interests would be served with regime change and resulting nation building.
Iranian Region Manipulation: Trump believes that the Iranian Nuclear agreement should be abandoned and re-negotiated to ensure that Iran remain non-nuclear. Global Elitists believe that Iran should be made powerful, with nuclear capabilities, to counter balance Israel and Pakistan, and to create a Shia Syria-Iraq-Iran axis.
America First: Trump’s entire approach to governance is America First. American sovereignty and self-determination is the cornerstone to his platform. Global Elitists believe that a One World Government is the goal and the shackling of the US is the first step toward this goal.
NATO & the UN (and others): Trump believes that all of our treaties and associated participation in regional and global organizations must be reviewed to insure that America’s interests are in the forefront. If these organizations do not promote America’s best interests, the we should renegotiate our agreements or depart from the organization. Global Elitists believe that One World Order is the goal, period.
Republican Elite Insiders Fully Support Globalization and the Global Elite Platform
Republican insiders/establishment and self-professed conservatives support the Global Elite Platform and oppose the Trump American First Platform. This is a long list but to list just a few: Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, Mitt Romney, George Will, George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush, Jeb Bush, Lindsay Graham and many others. These people do not work against Trump because Trump is not a conservative. They oppose Trump because he does not support Globalism and believes in America First!
We the People and Trump are fighting Republican Elitists, Democrats, Socialists, the Main Stream Media, Labor Unions, Global Industrialists, and world-wide globalists to take back America. This is going to be hard and dirty fight. But, our very Nation is at stake and we either take our country back and start our re-birth or stand by and watch our nation fade into the dust of history!
Did Ryan and McConnell Rail Against Obama & Clinton
In 2011 When they PAUSED IMMIGRATION
of Muslims From Iraq?
No They Did Not!
But, They Think Trump’s Pause Is
“Not Who We Are?
When Did Protecting Americans,
Including Muslim-Americans & LGBT Americans, Become “Not Who We Are?”
Obama/Clinton shut down Muslim Immigration from Iraq following a breakdown of their vetting process that allowed two terrorists to enter the US and settle in Kentucky (WAKE UP MC CONNELL) The State Department stated in 2011:
(1) As a result of the Kentucky case, (allowing 2 terrorist to come in as refugees) the State Department stopped processing Iraq refugees for six months in 2011, federal officials told ABC News – even for many who had heroically helped U.S. forces as interpreters and intelligence assets. One Iraqi who had aided American troops was assassinated before his refugee application could be processed, because of the immigration delays, two U.S. officials said.
The Obama/Clinton vetting failure was called out by one of our Generals:
“How did a person who we detained in Iraq — linked to an IED attack, we had his fingerprints in our government system — how did he walk into America in 2009?”
So, why the outrage by Obama, Clinton, Ryan, and McConnell who are all railing against Trump when he calls for a PAUSE in the Syrian Refugee Program and Visa Immigration from known terrorists supported countries.
The only answer can be is that the OCRM team agree with each other that a European Style Open Border/Immigration policy is what the United States should be engaged in and that Radical Islamism cannot be discussed so as not to alienate our “allies”! How is this policy working out for Europe!!!
If Ryan and McConnell continue to call out Trump for his Defence of American First they, not Trump, will cause the Republican Party to lose the House and Senate in 2016. They are on the wrong side of History.
Isn’t there anyone in the House or Senate will stand and tell Ryan and McConnell to sit down, shut up, and defend Trump? We the People are no longer behind you when you are wrong. Either get on board with America First or move out-of-the-way.
Time to Call Your Senators and Representatives…
Latino-American’s Priorities: Jobs, Security, Stronger Education, & Opportunity for Their Family.
Trump-37% Positive Sentiment by Hispanics Vs 41% for Hillary
(Based on big data analysis over the last 30 days as of June 1st, Trump reports 37 percent of Hispanic positive sentiment versus 41 percent for Clinton.)
Latino-Americans are not some monolithic block of stone or a group of zombies who all are programmed to think the same way about important issues. Latinos-Americans are no different from Italian-Americans, Irish-Americans, German-Americans, African-Americans, Asian-Americans or any other ethnic group who have immigrated to the United States in terms of their basic human desires and needs. Latino-Americans have exhibited a high degree of personal ambition and drive to attain economic success for themselves and their families, much like their varied immigrant predecessors.
Latino-American families share the same concerns as other Americans:
Jobs: Latino-Americans recognize the weaknesses of this economy and worry that their household incomes may be in jeopardy. Further, they worry about whether their children will have the job opportunities that will allow them to live the American dream their families anticipated when arriving in the US.
Security: Latino-Americans worry about the safety of their children’s day-to-day lives, their children safely walking to their school, the impact of drugs on their children and the threat of gangs, and the danger to their children from gun violence. Internationally, Latino-Americans fear Islamic Terrorism and its potential for harm to their communities. Latino-Americans have a high military participation rate and want a strong military to protect them and their communities. They also want to make sure their veterans are well cared for.
Schools: Latino-Americans understand that their children’s futures are tied to the competence and effectiveness of our educational system, from kindergarten through college. They worry about the cost of higher education when their children graduate high school. They also understand that their children’s future is tied to their ability to communicate in the US society and that their command of the English language is paramount to a secure future. This is no different from all of ethnic groups who immigrated to the US in the past.
Healthcare: Affordable, accessible and proficient healthcare is very important to Latino-Americans, as it is with all other Americans.
Social Security and Medicare: Latino-Americans want to ensure that these programs remain solvent and can provide needed support to aging Latino-Americans.
Border Security: Latino-Americans view border security as necessary to secure the nation and provide for a legal transition of applicants to citizenship. Latino-Americans have gone through the immigration process and understand the need for an orderly process. They understand that unfettered, uncontrolled illegal immigration leads to an influx of cheaper labor that depress wages in the US. They also recognize the absolute need to stop the inflow of drugs that ravage many of the Latino communities.
Moral Security: Latino-Americans culturally are morally conservative and want the freedom to raise their children according to their family’s moral values.
Trump Support of the Latino-American Priorities
These seven priorities are actually the Donald Trump platform. Assuming Trump can reach the Latino-American communities, and by-pass the Democrat Hispanic activists. Trump’s theme of “America First” will drive home each of these 7 priorities and help Latino-Americans to achieve their “American Dream”. Many Latino-Americans are entrepreneurs and Trump’s assault on business, EPA, and other Federal regulations, and, the lowering of income taxes will help these business grow and expand.
Hillary Clinton will tout more welfare and other give-a-way social programs. She will pander to the Latino community selling a “Poor-You” spin. Latino-Americans want to be able to stand on their own and not be subjected to “Federal Nannyism” and control.
If the Latino-American Community and Donald Trump Join Forces in November, the Nation will Enter a New Era of Prosperity and Unification.
It is Time to Dump the Divisiveness of the Left That Has Left the Latino-American Communities Lacking and Missing Out on Achieving Their Dreams.
Trump Questions the Ability of an Hispanic Judge With Ties to La Raza to be Impartial In Trump U Case!
Paul “RINO” Ryan Calls Trump a Racist!
The Left, and RINOs, Want You to Believe
that Leftist, Hispanic, Activist Judges Do Not Exist!
Here are Quotes From One Such Leftist, Hispanic, Judicial Activist Who Is On the SUPREME COURT!
Sonia Sotomayor in 2001 Defined
Hispanic Judicial Activism by Saying:
“our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging.”
Sotomayor also has stated:
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” So, what about the law? That is black and white and not subject to ethnic interpretation!
In 2005 Sotomayor stated that “court of appeals is where policy is made.” And added, “And I know, I know this is on tape, and I should never say that because we don’t make law. I know. O.K. I know. I’m not promoting it. I’m not advocating it. I’m, you know.” So what were you doing?
In 2001, Sotomayor made remarks in Berkeley which were published by the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal, and further asserted that judges’ identities will affect legal outcomes. This is EXACTLY what Trump is alleging regarding Judge Curiel.
So, Judge Curiel’s National Origin (Identity) May Impact
His Judicial Decisions!
Trump Is Merely Raising the Question Whether It Is.
So, Mr. Ryan and all of the other Republicans who hate Trump and are using the Trump University case to chastise Trump and even call for his defeat at the convention, do you still not understand the concept that someone like Judge Curiel;
Who is of Mexican Decent,
Who is a La Raza Supporter,
Who is a Clinton Supporter and Contributor,
Who is a member of San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association that is affiliated with the Hispanic National Bar Association
In 2015, the HNBA called for a BOYCOTT of all Trump Businesses. Their press release read: “The HNBA calls for a boycott of all of Trump business ventures, including golf courses, hotels, and restaurants. ”
Hispanic National Bar Association has long supported positions and activities put forth by the National Council of La Raza organization.
Who sponsored an illegal alien through a process to receive a scholarship to a US law school, (so much for adherence to Federal Law),
Who has ruled against Trump time and time again in favor of the Plaintiff’s Attorneys who
Also have ties to La Raza,
Who supports and contributed to Hillary Clinton to the tune of $675,000+, While she was Secretary of State.
…Could In Fact Be Predjudiced Because of His Hispanic Heritage and Hispanic Political Activism And Using His Position to Advance Causes That Are Antithetical To Current Federal and State Laws such as Open Borders, Amnesty for Illegal Aliens, and Welfare and Other Benefits for Illegal Aliens? And Stands Against Everything Trump Stands For!
That Judge Curiel May Be Unsuited to Preside Over a Trial Where Donald J. Trump is the Defendant due to the His Prejudice based on His Heritage, Experiences and Associations?
Ryan is Just Like His Mentor Romney. No Guts to Throw His Hat in the Ring But Is a Weasel Who Stands on the Sidelines and Cast Aspersions on the Front Runner He Despises.
At least Have the Guts to Just Say You Do Not Want Trump To Be President!
No One Respects a Coward,
And You are the DEFINITION of a Coward!
We Live in an Imperfect World Where Injustices Live Within Imperfect Men and Women. Whites, Hispanics, Blacks, Asians and All Ethnic Origins and Races Are All Comprised of Imperfect Men And Women Who May be Part of our Judiciary.
Political Correctness Only Exacerbates One Injustice,
Born of Prejudice, with Another.
The Judiciary Was Not Intended
to Influence Presidential Elections
The Judiciary Was Not Intended to Promote a Political Agenda
Why the GOP Hypertension and Overreaction to Trump’s Calling out of Judge Curiel’s Ethnicity Was Counter-Conservative
Focus: Donald Trump’s call out of the “Mexican” United States District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is presiding over the Trump University “class action” lawsuit in San Diego, California, has brought Trump’s outgoing nature to the forefront once again. I am not going to discuss the case itself as that will take care of itself over time, probably on appeal. But rather, I will focus on the Left’s use of “every weapon in their arsenal” to go after Republican Candidates. And, as a corollary, I will discuss the giddiness of Republicans, who like to hear themselves talk, to quickly jump on the left’s bashing of a GOP candidate. Finally, I will put forth some thoughts why the GOP “Conservatives” need to support the prevention of appointing judicial activists to the Federal Bench at all levels.
Democrat Left Wing Arsenal-Now Includes the Judiciary & Corporate Blackmail:
In politics it is apparent that almost nothing is off-limits. The Democrat Left has been able to create the rules that Republicans now play by and seem happy to do so.
Judicial Activism: In the Trump University cases, the Left is using the judiciary in two States to try to impugn the business integrity of Trump. The NY Attorney General is a left-wing operative who has no lost love for any conservative and has particular animus for Trump. The Federal Judge in San Diego was or is a member of the La Raza Lawyers of San Diego and oversaw the gift of a law school scholarship to an illegal alien. So much for a Federal Judge adhering to Federal Law!
The National La Raza organization is a political activists group who is opposed to deporting illegal aliens and the building of a wall on our southern border among other key immigration issues. The plaintiff’s attorneys are documented Clinton supporters and have given substantial sums ($600K+) to Hillary’s campaign and to the Clinton’s foundations. The Trump legal team has alleged that the Federal Judge in San Diego, Curiel, has consistently and in a biased manner, ruled against Trump University. From Trump’s point of view, the New York and California cases are both politically motivated and tied to his GOP Presidential Campaign.
Corporate Blackmail-PGA: In this past week, Trump was notified by the PGA that their 54 year tournament at Doral would be moved to Mexico City. The PGA used a clause in their long-term contract with Trump that if the PGA could not find a sponsor for the event at Doral they were free to move the tournament. This is after a multi-million dollar renovation of Doral, under the guidance and approval by the PGA, by Trump Doral, over the past two years. Cadillac was the previous sponsor and stated that their decision to pull out was not “political”.
I am sorry, but even if this happened to Hillary Clinton I would not believe for a second that the decision by Cadillac and the PGA was nothing but Political! The left will continue to use these types of boycotts all the way through the election in November in an attempt to either shine a bad light on Trump’s operations or make him lose so much money that he loses interest in the Presidential campaign, or both. The outcry from conservatives over the PGA dropping Trump was non-existent! As Usual.
So Why Is Trump Calling Out a Federal Judge?
One, Trump is calling out the Left’s use of judicial activism as a political tool. Trump clearly feels that Judge Curiel’s past support for La Raza et. al. is biasing his judgement in the prosecution of the Trump University suit. La Raza and their affiliates are “Hispanic” focused organizations that support illegal immigration, open borders, benefits for illegal immigrants, the Dream Act and other such legislation. Trump’s tough stand on illegal immigration and the building of a southern border wall are antithetical to the La Raza organizations.
Two, GOP immediately grabs onto the Political Correctness Banner against one of their own! When Trump called out Curiel as “Mexican” or of Mexican decent, the right, including Newt Gingrich and others, immediately came out ON TELEVISION condemning Trump and his “prejudiced”, “racist” comments about a Judge of Mexican decent born in the US. Trump is merely questioning the lack of IMPARTIALITY of a specific person, and is not indicting a whole ethnic group! Trump is questioning the motivation for lack of IMPARTIALITY by a specific person and is not indicting a whole ethnic group! It is pretty sad to see the lack of depth and conviction in our political elders.
IT ALSO DISAPPOINTING THAT NEWT DID NOT PICK UP HIS PHONE,
AND NOT A MIC ON THE TALK SHOWS!
Three, That the GOP who are condemning Trump, are displaying the worst form of Pandering! The GOP is so paranoid of offending one single Hispanic voter, they break out in hives and blisters when one of their “own” makes a statement that they think may cost them a vote or a Senate or House seat! Their “concern” is for the lost vote and not for the individuals within the ethnic group! This is the real reason the GOP cannot attract the Hispanic voter, they do not believe the GOP is sincere, because they aren’t! Trump is the premier advocate for both legal Blacks and Hispanics in terms of improving their opportunities for education, jobs and achieving the American Dream! What has the GOP or Democrats done for Blacks and Hispanics lately? NOTHING! Trump is the lone voice for stopping the exporting of needed jobs and for stopping the unfettered influx of illegal immigrants who flood our scarce employment market with cheap labor to the detriment of US citizens.
Four and most important, that appointments to the Federal Judiciary matter! The GOP Senate has given into Democrat rule changes that basically make judicial appointments automatic. Trump was hammered by the GOP “conservatives” regarding his appointments to the Supreme Court. Trump responded by naming 11 or so potential candidates to the Supreme Court who were conservative constitutionalist. Why then, when Trump questions the activist nature of Federal Judges that were nominated by Obama and approved by a GOP Senate, do those same Senators and other “conservatives” feel that Trump is biased against Hispanics when he is pointing directly at political activism by political appointees!
Federal Judgeships are the “minor leagues” for the Supreme Court. It is important to vet candidates properly and to weed out activists. RACE, ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION OR SEXUAL PREFERENCE are not the issue. The issue is whether a judge will apply the law without prejudice. Period.
Trump sees the Trump U case as much more than a 6 plaintiff “class action” lawsuit.
To Trump, this is an example of POLITICAL JUDICIAL ACTIVISM that he abhors.
To Trump, any US citizen could be subjected to Judicial Overreach and harmed immeasurably. In fact, many have already.
To Trump, this is a battle to either embrace Conservatism, “Blind Justice for All”, or give in to political expediency where votes outweigh the principle.
We will see how long it takes
for the “conservatives” to get it!
Trump Sees the Federal Government as the Corporate Headquarters, and the States as Semi-Autonomous “Divisions”
He Views Our Government as You Would a Business
And Will Hold the Federal Government and the State Governments to the Same Standard of Excellence
Gender, Race, Ethnic Origin, or Religion are Not an Excuse for Failure or Deference
Donald Trump criticized the lack of economic progress in New Mexico under the first Female-Hispanic Republican governor, Susana Martinez, while speaking in Albuquerque, NM. Trump was roundly criticized by friends and foe alike for calling out the rather dismal economic performance of NM since Martinez took office in 2010. In 2014, New Mexico rated 2nd in the nation in long-term unemployed at 45.3% of the long-term total unemployed. In 2016, NM unemployment was the 6th highest in the US. In 2010, New Mexico had 342,000 people on Food Stamps (SNAP). In 2014, that number jumped to over 440,000 ranking NM 4th in the nation with 19.8% of its population of food stamps.
Trump’s criticism of Martinez, an Hispanic, Female, Republican governor, Was Not the Politically Correct Way to Win over Hispanics and Female Voters.
But his comments were an accurate assessment of the State of the State for New Mexico as of 2016. If the head of Trump’s Chicago, Trump International Hotel and Tower property, (or any other property) did not meet or exceed his or her key management objectives and critical success factors, Trump would call them out the same way.
If elected, Trump will assess the Federal Government’s performance, and each of the 50 States, in the same manner, regardless of who is the head of the federal agency or who (or what) the Governor of the State. Trump views women as equal to men, and all races, nationalities and persons of creed as equal, and he has the same expectations for each.
Success is Success; Failure is Failure, Period!
Trump is NOT in Search of Mediocrity!
If you want to get by based on who or what you are, your gender, your race, national origin, religion, or sexual orientation, rather than your performance, you may be in for a surprise. Trump would hail a successful Republican or Democrat Governor for doing his or her job equally. To Trump, labels do not matter, results do.
While Donald Trump may not be the politically correct nice guy we have been used to in the Republican Party, ask yourself:
Where has that gotten us!
Hopefully Women, Hispanics, Blacks, Whites, Asians and all races and people of diverse national origins, Christians, Jews, Muslims, and people from all religions, members of the LGBT, and Republicans and Democrats will come to see how Donald J. Trump views the world.
Everyone deserves a position that they earn through performance and not merely through their election or appointment.
Success or failure is not relative but can be defined by absolute performance criteria.
Failure is not an option in government as it impacts the citizens of this country who deserve the best from its government.
Everyone, including Trump if elected President, is accountable to the AMERICAN PEOPLE.
Will Trump make mistakes as our President? Absolutely, he is human. But, as a business person, he knows that a decision to do or not to do something is only the first step. There will be adjustments along the way to perfect the original decision.
You don’t want to be like the poor souls in Benghazi who sacrificed their lives for others while relying on Hillary Clinton to rescue them. Trump is a leader. Clinton is a politician who believes she is ENTITLED to be our President.
